Counseling Groups Toolkits

Help me give my students tools to use in our group counseling sessions. The Mindfulness Journals will allow our students to express themselves in ways they haven't before!

My Project

This project will help our students express themselves in ways they could not before. The mindfullness journals will be SUCH a great help when our counseling department begins our group sessions this year. The fidgets are a great tool to help in the groups, but also just in the classroom! This project is also to make my office a more comfortable space for those small group., The blankets, pillows, and speaker will help when students are in a panic or otherwise just need a quite, chill space to be until their brain calms down.

I am hoping to get our kids in better places mentally so they can succeed at school and at home.

Sometimes school is an easier place than home, and getting them these items will help me help them come up with some tools and coping skills to assist in and out of the school building.
