Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am seeking to provide my students with access to a comprehensive, research-based counseling curriculum for grades K–6. This curriculum is designed to support engaging and impactful counseling through classroom lessons, small groups, and individual sessions. It includes data-driven tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the counseling program and is fully aligned with ASCA standards. Monthly guidance is provided for implementing strategies across all tiers of support.
The curriculum covers a range of relevant topics to help students develop the skills and strategies they need to navigate social challenges at school and succeed academically and emotionally.
