Cotton Candy for Fundraising

Help me give my students fundraising options for us to raise funds for fieldtrips.

My Project

KES is a Title I School, with the pending budget cuts, and all of the other things that our students need, it is hard to have funds to take our students on fieldtrips, and our families can not afford to pay the high cost of fieldtrips in Hawaii. Students will learn about economics by seeing supply and demand in action. Students will practice their math skills but tracking funds raise, and supplies used. Students will learn about community in engagement as they help at the cotton candy booth at event. They will help make advertisements for the events, set up the booth, and take tickets.

With the uncertainty of federal funds next year we need to be able to raise funds to give students the fieldtrip experiences that they love.

The funds from these events will allows us to take students for hands on learning experience that they would otherwise not have. They will be able to connect with science and social studies standards in the real world
