My Project
My students need both individual and group items to help them progress in their learning; I need seating to help my students with special needs, who like to wiggle a lot. Pointers will allow me to teach without blocking a whiteboard from view so that visual learners can better see the big picture. Posters give my students quick reference and visual cues on literacy ideas. I would use headphones to support students who need to be able to listen to items read aloud to them. A set of classroom clipboards allows my students to move around the room collaborating with other students and sharing ideas without being tied to a desk. A game to promote the understanding of using / earning / saving money. I am also looking for several book series to fill my classroom library that would allow my students access to books they can physically take home and read.
