it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our second-grade classroom, printed materials are an essential part of daily learning. We use them to provide students with hands-on activities, personalized learning tools, and differentiated resources—especially for students with special needs and English language learners who often benefit from modified or visual-based materials.
As technology purchased during the COVID-19 pandemic reaches the end of its life and school districts across the country face ongoing budget cuts, we’re seeing a return to more teacher-created and teacher-provided resources.
This means that items like printer ink and copy paper—once considered basic supplies—are now vital to ensuring every student receives the materials they need to succeed.
