This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our class social skills are a big part of our day. My students are learning about emotions, empathy, kindness and cooperation. We practice what these look like and give a few examples of what it wouldn't look like.

The Magna-tiles and other building kits would be a valuable asset to my students.

They would be allowed the opportunity to practice some of the skills we talk and learn about. Cooperation and working together a two big areas we work on.

The students in my class work hard to be kind and make others feel included. The more practice they get the better they will become.
