Cool Kids Learn Better: Bring a Breeze to Our Room!
Help me give my students two pedestal fans to give them a breezy break from the heat so that they can stay cool, stay sharp, and stop feeling like they’re doing math on the surface of the sun!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom can reach sweltering temperatures, specially during warmer months, making it hard for my students to stay focused, comfortable, and ready to learn. With no air conditioning, even the simplest tasks become a challenge in the heat.
Fans would bring a much needed breeze to help my students stay cool, focused, and and ready to learn (instead of melting over their math problems).
My students are eager, curious, and ready to learn, no matter the circumstances. They deserve a learning space that supports their potential and keeps them cool while they work hard. Let’s help them beat the heat and bring on the breeze!
