Help me give my students these supplies, especially the affordable but durable Helix compasses. I teach Geometry and stress hands-on constructions and geometric activities. Students gain familiarity and confidence with these activities and Geometry becomes enjoyable and exciting.

My Project
My Geometry students come from diverse backgrounds. Many have never measured the length of a line or the size of an angle.
Instead of remaining an abstract, hard-to-grasp topic that students wish they can avoid, my class uses a hands-on approach to give all students a comfort level with basic geometric tools and concepts.
Principles come alive as they explore geometric figures and construct angles, triangles, quadrilaterals and other figures with compasses and protractors.
I thank you for your generous contribution to my students. Making school enjoyable and stress-free is my main strategy to build lifelong learners.
