My Project
Imagine trying to learn and play in a classroom that feels like an oven during the spring and summer months. Unfortunately, this is the reality for our special education preschool classroom. Our school building, constructed in the 1950s, relies on window units for cooling, and with direct sunlight streaming in all afternoon, temperatures can soar up to a sweltering 90 degrees Fahrenheit. This makes it incredibly challenging for our students to focus, engage, and thrive in their learning environment.
As a dedicated educator, I am reaching out to you for support in obtaining classroom curtains that will significantly alleviate this problem.
These curtains will serve as a barrier against the intense heat and sunlight, helping to regulate the temperature and create a more comfortable and conducive learning environment for our special education preschoolers.
