My Project

This is my first year teaching a self-contained Autism program, and I want more than anything for it to be the greatest success. Please help me create a calming classroom for my students with Autism.

The bubble fish tank, light up jelly fish lamp and the sensory light show will all aid in self regulation, while the headphones will provide students with a sense of control during our loud monthly fire drills.

My goal is for my students to love school and to feel safe and cared for. These items will be used as tools to help them achieve this goal. I hope these items will help to make our space extra special!
