Help me give my students play food and kitchen toys for our home living center.

My Students
I teach a Pre-K class of up to 22 regular education students and may have at least two mainstreamed special education students. They are all four and five years old. My class is diverse as we live in a military community and also have low-income students. We usually have several students who receive speech, occupational therapy, and tutoring services. Our students are curious and enjoy new learning experiences.
My students have been impacted by the pandemic socially and emotionally by not having as many opportunities to play and interact with peers.
I am requesting items to go in our home living area in our classroom. This is one of my students favorite free choice centers. They develop communication skills and social skills as they learn to play and share in this center.
They will enjoy working and playing with play food, and play house keeping supplies. The supplies that I have requested are sturdy Melissa and Doug wooden toys that will be a part of my classroom for many years.
My Project
Many of my students haven’t had the opportunity to develop social skills with peers due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Small group free choice time is an excellent time for my students to learn to play, take turns, and talk with each other.
The kitchen toys that I have requested will get my students so excited and will increase their opportunities to grow in their social skills as they play together.
They will have the opportunity to pretend that they are cashiers, restaurant owners, cooks, etc. They will increase their vocabulary and their ability to work and play together.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
