My Project

My cooking club is a very exciting experience for my students. Every week my students come into the cooking club so excited to learn what we are cooking for the day. They get to read recipes and learn how to create different types of food. Many are home alone after school so this gives them the skills needed to create meals for themselves. The knives, rolling pins, measuring cups and spoons will help them as they follow the recipes. They not only will learn needed skills but they will feel a sense of accomplishment with their final products.
