My Project

My students, and all of the 3rd graders at my school, are eager to develop more independence and explore their place in this world. However, they need guidance in learning how to be better communicators and leaders, in addition to how to build better relationships, organization, and executive functioning skills. The author Julia Cook has written loads of books on these topics and more, that entertain students while teaching them how to handle real world situations and challenges at their level. I would love to build a Julia Cook library for my classroom that I can share with all 3rd grade teachers at my school to use as we teach students to become leaders on a daily basis.
