Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will be provided materials that they can use to continue their learning at home and during after school tutoring. In the bags I will place games and activities that students can use to practice skills they are learning at home and during their after school tutoring sessions. The games will utilize dice and cards as well as the dry erase pockets that will allow for students to reuse their game boards over and over.

Games provide fun learning activities that reinforce learned skills and strategies.

Students are engaged when playing learning games more often then when they are completing worksheets or rote memorization activities. I will be giving students activities that they can do on their own or with family and friends.
