My Students

My students enter the gym with excitement to see what's in store! They deserve the very best experience I can give them to meet their needs, develop their skills and prepare them for a healthy active future!

My students are between the ages of 5 and 12 and thrive on kinesthetic experiences modeled by a knowledgable adult where they feel safe and find success.

My students need to have things to look forward to and positive relationships with teachers and peers for optimum buy in. Our school faces many challenges with divorce, anxiety, variable incomes, and constant testing. The loving adults in our building strive to provide care on many levels, seek to meet individual needs and are looking for innovative ways to reach and teach all students.

My Project

This is an opportunity to reflect on my practice and continue to challenge my learning through renewing my National Board Certification. I get to put into words my efforts and teaching practice over the last 10 years, demonstrate growth and excellence and make goals for the future.

This certification sets me apart in my district and profession, by showing I go the extra mile to improve and challenge my practice for the benefit of my students.

I would greatly appreciate support from the community at large to help fund this process. I invest my time, talents and money for a strong program. It's a great feeling and would be a major help to get this project funded.
