This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi all, my students are future bilinguals that share a dual language classroom. They participate in a 50/50 dual language classroom with English and Spanish instruction. Books are an essential part of learning and developing language. My goal for this project is to bring students their favorite books in Spanish, and a fun way to read with some mini flashlight to follow the reading or for silent read time.

This will allow my students to experience their favorite tales and learn in Spanish, increase their Spanish language, and become better readers.

Hola a todos, Mis alumnos son futuros bilingües y comparten un salón de clases de lenguaje dual. Participan en un salón de clases de dos idiomas 50/50 con instrucción en inglés y español. Los libros son una parte esencial del aprendizaje y desarrollo del lenguaje. ¡Mi objetivo para este proyecto es poder darles a los estudiantes sus libros favoritos en ESPAÑOL, esto permitirá a mis alumnos experimentar sus cuentos favoritos y aprender en español, igual al mejorar su idioma de español y convertirse en mejores lectores.
