This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items that I am requesting will enlighten and enhance student understanding of the world and relate back to literature and make those connections. My goal to this project is to have students pick a book and make connections to today's issues and problems. My students are special because they come to us from other schools where they are suspended. Our intake consist of students who are 100% suspended and these materials will help them understand concepts and ideas that will increase their understanding as it relates to their situation.
