This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I want a classroom where learning is not only safe but also exciting, inclusive, and deeply engaging. Through this project, I aim to create a dynamic environment where students can thrive both academically and socially.
Technology will allow students to access digital learning tools, practice language, all while using headsets to stay focused in a calm, distraction-free space.
With mice, students will have better control and accessibility when using laptops or desktops, especially those with motor skill challenges.
In addition to tech, board games will play a vital role in strengthening classroom community. They offer students a fun, low-pressure way to build communication skills, practice turn-taking, problem-solve together, and connect with one another face-to-face—something we all need more of in today’s fast-paced digital world.
At the heart of this project is my goal to foster a safe, welcoming classroom where every student feels empowered to learn, connect, and express themselves.
