Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school's mission is focused on students building a meaningful relationship with nature. At 6th grade, students are introduced to the garden, seeing insects as friends, not foes, and perspective taking on Earth as a resource to support all living things.
These products would help students get a comfortable, closer, hands-on look at the nature of our world.
The books will support my visual learners engage in the many ways renewable energy is being imagined. The "solar bugs" will beautifully combine our unit on natural elements and resources as students integrate technology!
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
