"Can you help us catch the technology fever with a Netbook? We are a group of second grade students who love to blog and learn about the world around us. Yes, we share a computer lab with the entire elementary school. However, we would love to have access to a Netbook in our classroom. A Netbook would allow us to do research in our classroom and have questions answered right away. We would also be able to listen to stories online!!! We love to read and want to keep that enthusiasm going. Since we are reading to learn, the Netbook creates many teachable moments for us. We're depending on you to help us "Catch a Netbook!" This will enable us to learn lots of interesting concepts at the spur of the moment and continue our reading fever. Thanks for helping us make this possible! My students need a netbook so they can access and post their learning online.
