Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My class is made up of diligent, inspiring, and creative fourth graders with big hearts and analytical minds. They attend school every day with purpose and a desire to learn something new, to discuss what they think, and take pride in their efforts. My students learn in a bilingual community with a high level of family support. They attend our school with growing technology opportunities that enhance their approach, application, and articulation of their knowledge and their new learning. We balance this with creativity and physical opportunities that support the development of persistence, teamwork, and determination.
My goal is to continue developing our student's confidence with their assets.
This portable speaker system with two microphones will help us expand our public speaking opportunities to the next level. They will inspire students to develop the 21st century skills of creating, communicating, and critical thinking.
These technology upgrades will allow teams of students to present to various audiences and build their confidence and allow them to learn their incredible potential.
