Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help my students grow both academically and socially. My goal is to build a joyful, inclusive classroom where every child feels seen and supported. My students come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique strengths to our classroom community. With your help, we can create a vibrant learning space that inspires a love of learning every single day.

My first graders are full of excitement, curiosity, and BIG emotions!

The items I’m requesting—slime, fun prizes, and sensory bucket toys—will help create a calming, motivating, and joyful learning environment. These tools are more than just fun; they support emotional regulation, focus, and positive behavior. When students are able to take sensory breaks or earn small prizes for their effort, they stay engaged and feel celebrated.
