Conditioning for Cross Country

My Students

The students at my school are smart, funny, and creative and are in need of different ways to express their creativity. Our school is comprised of 295 amazing students from an urban community. All of our students are recipients of the free breakfast and lunch program. Considering our students missed out on so many opportunities over the past year because we were in full remote mode, it is my goal to make sure they are equipped with everything they need to have a year as memorable as possible.

My Project

Let's get moving! In this digital age, it is becoming harder and harder to get kids moving. As the Cross Country Coach, I am dedicated to get my kids to put down their devices and start running. This equipment will greatly benefit my Cross Country kids, at the moment our school has NO fitness equipment. We are forced to run through the neighborhood when the conditions are not ideal and that can sometimes be unsafe. Our school has no budget for Cross Country equipment and these items would help make the year a success for them.
