Computers Needed

My project needs two desktop computers and monitors.

This project is fully funded

I am writing this proposal for two desktop computers for my kindergarten class. There are no computers in my classroom and no money to buy any. I would like to introduce my students to computer programs that teach them basic phonics, reading, and math skills, but unfortunately I cannot because of the lack of resources. I work on the Westside of Chicago, where my students come with little or no basic skills. A lot of my students do not have access to a computer and no way to get to the library to use one. The students that have used a computer, probably have only used it to play games. I want my students to know that they can do more with a computer than just play games. I would like to teach my students the different things they can do on a computer, so I am asking for two computers so that my students can become computer literate. These computers would be used as centers along with the other centers in the room. Please help my students become computer literate. My students and I would greatly appreciate a donation of these items. Thank you for your consideration.
