it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I work in a school in North Alabama; the majority of our students are middle to low income kids.
Our students range from low to upper class. Our kids love to have fun and learn.
We want to give every kid the opportunity the learn more, and be good at what they do. We want them to leave feeling successful in everything that they do.
My Project
My students need two Kano Computer Kit for this awesome STEM and Coding experience. Exploring the world through STEM projects and being exposed to many engineering backgrounds helps to develop technology awareness. This is an awesome experience for any student. They will have the drive to want to learn from the first board to the end product. Kano is a perfect tool to inspire kids to invent with electronics and coding through the Raspberry Pi.
STEM exposure is an awesome experience for my students.
It needs to be incorporated into a child's lifestyle, mindset and belief system. Many children never get this exposure. This project will challenge my students from start to finish. It will help them see things differently. They will have to build this computer and then start learning from it afterwards. That an experience this will be!
