My Project

Document holders are a great way of keeping all the important documents within easy reach during computer class. They can be positioned to keep documents close to the user and the monitor, so they are always readily at hand when needed. Document holders are tools that are used to prop up documents for easy viewing. By using a document holder, you can avoid neck twisting by bringing the document closer to the monitor and keeping it at a reasonable angle. This also helps to reduce eyestrain by keeping the document at approximately the same distance and angle as the screen. Benefits of using a document holder is;

They make reading and writing more comfortable.

2. They can reduce neck and back pain, and neck and back strain.

3. Allows you to adjust the position of the document holder, it will help adjust your posture.

4. Document holder can also improve your eyesight and reduce eye strain.
