This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are K-5th grade students! They are both general education and special education students and they are made up of English Language Learners and students whose first language is English. We are a very diverse community.

My students have me for a 45-minute Computer Science and/ or Character Ed class at least once per week.

My students are eager to learn and are making progress each week.

The students are highly motivated by hands-on activities and project-based learning. Currently, due to social distancing guidelines, computer is on the go in their classroom rather than in the computer lab.

My Project

This project will make the computer lab learning experience that much better! Speakers will enhance my students listening experience so they are able to hear lessons loud and clear! Paper will ensure my students have the ability to print anything they need to throughout the year.

Computer Science is a class all students attend and having paper and a good sound system is so important!

Students will be able to print research projects, campaign posters, banners, cards and more! When students come to the computer lab I will be thrilled to have this paper so I do not have to put a limit on prints!
