These comprehension cards will be used as independent practice of reading skills during center time.
Often, students can have a conversation and talk about their comprehension but have trouble answering multiple choice questions.
I would like to use these to give my students regular comprehension practice using multiple choice questions. I also plan to differentiate the kits based on each students reading level so that every student can experience success.
My goal with this project is to help my students become comfortable and confident with answering "test" type questions. I will target the skills used on the cards to be sure they reflect the skills taught whole group in class.
