My Project

The students in my Kindergarten class come from a Title 19 school. The majority of them live in affordable housing projects. COVID-19 has impacted their fine motor skills, problem-solving skills, and creativity.

This request for LEGO building sets will help strengthen their fine motor skills.

They will need to piece together and take apart the LEGOs with their fingers. Building with LEGOs will also develop problem-solving skills and creativity. They can build their own creations or learn to follow diagrams. LEGOs will also develop the social skill of sharing.
