This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our science STEAM Lab classroom needs more STEAM art materials and supplies in order to complete STEAM projects. In order for our 5th grade STEAM Lab Classroom to be productive, these arts & crafts materials are critical to our STEAM program and will compliment materials we already have.
The students need the camera, protective cases for accesories, glue sticks, cricuit heat press, and various other accesories to create the art work needed for their STEAM projects and STEAM Club T-shirts.
By having available art materials, the students will have all the materials they need, to do projects in class and have extra materials for the STEAM Club. The Art in STEAM is an essentail part used to engineer and create real world projects. And thes materials can be used by our incoming 5th graders and for future groups of 5th graders!
