This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are 14 joyful and lively students with autism. They are eager to learn. However, their disability impacts their ability to access the general education core curriculum. All students are under-served and of low socioeconomic status and qualify for free meal benefits. My students' preferred learning styles are visual and kinesthetic. My special day classroom students surprise me with their progress and achievements every day.
Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) is where educators can turn for solutions to their latest challenges.
Teachers use TPT to prepare engaging lessons, complement core curriculum, and meet each student’s unique needs. TPT is the go-to platform for educators to access not just content, but also interactive learning tools. Materials bought at TPT will be used to help my students thrive. These materials will help me enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. Covering a wide variety of topics, I plan to buy an engaging interactive notebook bundle to help my students to review and master important standards.
