My Students

The students at our school come from diverse backgrounds but mostly live within the greater Charlotte area. We are so excited to develop our middle school program as we expand to our new Upper School campus. We look forward to building a program together where students are given the opportunity to develop both academic and interpersonal skills that model The Lab Way.

My Project

CLS students enjoy their Flex time each day where they interact outdoors and practice enacting aspects of The Lab Way through play. At our upper school, we would like to increase the amount of equipment available for students to enjoy in our outdoor spaces. Through playing basketball, soccer, football, Kan Jam, and SpikeBall, students will be able to build positive relationships and healthy bodies. With adult supervision and support, students will demonstrate respect, responsibility, inclusion, compassion, honesty and integrity as they enjoy structured games and activities in the sunshine.
