This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they can hear the speaker. I find that at community events in the auditorium because of the logistics it is very important to have microphone.
It would also help with giving students a voice so if they have questions or opinions they want to ask or give the microphone will make it possible for them to be fully heard.
This will enhance the environment because it will support having a much more engaged audience.
I can only imagine the frustration they feel when sitting in the auditorium and not being able to hear the speaker. I have been extremely frustrated because often times I want to know what he person is saying but they are just not speaking loud enough. A microphone would be the perfect solution.
