Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergartners are excited learners who are always on the go. This beautiful carpet will make our classroom more inviting and will provide my students with an enhanced learning area.
The carpet is a special learning space within our classroom where we gather throughout the day.
It is important for the learning we do in all subject areas and is an especially important gathering place for building a classroom community. Morning Meetings, read-alouds, and math talks are not the same without a carpet to gather on.
