This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a behavior specialist, I have the opportunity to work with students in the non-conventional and conventional classroom environment. This project will allow me to better serve the students at Desert Sands, by allowing for the integration of tech in the form of the Oculus 2, promote a healthy learning environment through flexible work space, and promote outdoor school and community engagement with the ION speaker.
By funding this project, we will be able to expand our services to the wonderful students at Desert Sands, and with a growing school, these resources will lend themselves to further growth and development of our scholars and community environment.
