My Project
The materials I am requesting will benefit all my students by allowing them access to communication tools that increase their ability to actively engage with peers and staff.
The iPad will allow me to model AAC use throughout the day and help my nonverbal students learn the necessary skills to use their own devices to communicate independently.
The case for the iPad helps keep it protected and easy to carry, so that it is always available for any communication need.
Finally, the button will allow students to engage and participate in multistep activities such as reciting the alphabet or counting along with their peers.
