My Students

As a speech-language pathologist, I work with students from a variety of different backgrounds with speech and language difficulties.

These students have special needs and have been referred by parents or staff to receive extra help in the area of speech/language.

My Project

The convention, titled, "Convergence 2021" is the California Speech Language Hearing Association (CSHA) Virtual Conference. At this convention, nearly 3,000 speech-language pathologists and medical professionals will meet online to share expertise, learn and connect.

I would be so grateful for the opportunity to participate in this convention so that I could gain more knowledge and expertise that I could share with my special education students.

According to the CSHA website, "the convention is the hub for cutting-edge workshops on evidence-based practices and recent advancements in the speech language and hearing field. It's where more than 100 practice-changing sessions will take center stage."
