My Project
Henry, Mudge, Frog and Toad are characters students still enjoy today. These books will allow me to introduce my students to classic stories and memorable characters they can relate to.
These collections will bring us together as we gather on the carpet for read-aloud time, which is so important but has fallen by the wayside.
Hearing stories gives students the chance to hear fluent reading, with rate, inflection, and expression.
Read-aloud time also gives us a chance to come together in a more relaxed, intimate setting where we can just enjoy being with our friends.
