This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am taking a step down from an administration position to go into the classroom to teach our very first journalism and broadcasting class. We will be doing live morning announcements, broadcasting, and commentary for our middle school sports, and creating our very own school podcast! This is brand new, and I have no equipment or materials to begin, so we need microphones, a camcorder, and teleprompter stands. Being a small school, we have very limited resources. Making even a small donation will help us reach our goal and show our students there is more to social media the just the apps they all use. All help is greatly appreciated!
