My Project

My first graders are learning to read and I have been trying my best to make the classroom environment for reading comfortable and inviting for my students. We have limited seating and I want to create multiple areas for my students to read without sitting on the floor. My students love to take off their shoes and get in the cozy reading corner to read books with a friend. They get excited when they have a comfy designated place to read other than their desk.

I feel this small couch will give them a quiet and comfortable place to read alone or with a partner.
