This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My fourth grade students are ready to grow with their reading comprehension and work hard to explain their thinking when given the opportunity to work with a partner or group. Some have difficulty speaking in front of the whole class, but shine when they are in a smaller group or with a partner while working around the room.
Fourth graders love being able to move around the room and not just work at their desk.
They would love additional comfy floor seats while collaborating with one another to give students more chances to use.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
