Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love to work in collaborative groups and these desks will make it easy for them to set up and work together on class assignments and projects.
We also love outdoor learning and these desks are easy to take outside to our school garden to do our science investigations, or under a big tree on our playground to read and write!
Learning to work together and have respectful, collaborative conversations is an important life skill that I want my students to learn early in their school career. These desks set up in nice small circles where students can easily hear each other and exchange thoughts and ideas on learning projects.
