My Project
Children have a hard time sitting still for big instruction time. I would love to make sure they are comfortable during one of the most important instructional times of the day, small groups! This is a beneficial time for students to engage in one-on-one instruction time with the teacher to gain as much learning as possible. I would be honored to give these students a chance to enhance that learning by providing them with a way to keep their focus on what I am teaching and allowing their bodies the movement they need. Making the students' learning experience fun in school is a stepping stone to their success in life. Having special stools may not seem like much to us as adults, but to the children, it is everything! They will know that we understand them and want to make sure they all have a chance to learn even when their bodies have so much energy to use.
