My Project
Students love getting to choose where they sit! This allows them to take some ownership of their learning and be comfortable as well. I always give them the choice of sitting at their tables or on the rug; whichever helps them learn better! Having a new, comfy rug would create a more inviting environment for the students and allow them to immediately feel at home in the classroom. I have noticed that the students are more engaged when they have freedom in where they get to sit instead of having to sit at their tables all day, every day.
