My students are a highly energetic group with a love and zeal for reading. They always tend to demonstrate a positive attitude despite lacking certain necessary resources, that would be beneficial to them. "Every child can learn and every child must" is my favorite quote and they have been living by this as well. Despite the situation they truly try to rise to be good students, with a drive and determination for learning. They have a light in them that needs to continue to glow and I want to use this opportunity to help them shine.
My Project
Comfort is necessary when keeping students engaged and ready for learning. These great pillows will help my students to feel comfortable when reading; as well as it will motivate them and encourage them to continue reading in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
How wonderful it feels when you can kick back, relax, and enjoy a good story.
This will provide that sense of satisfaction and it will stimulate my students' zeal of reading.
When my students come in the morning, the first thing they do is go to the reading area and select a book, I want this area to be comfortable and inviting so that it will encourage my students to read and develop their literacy and reading skills.
