Students sometimes have a hard time sitting still in seats. Providing my students with the floor cushions will allow my them the choice to sit on the floor to learn. Having enough cushions that the students can arrange them however they wish to be super comfy for learning would be amazing!
When you take a barrier away of forcing a student to sit in a seat, and they can choose where they sit, the student will focus more on the task at hand rather trying to get out of the seat they don’t want to sit in.
I hope this project will allow my students to have the most positive experiences in my classroom this year so they can have the most growth in their mathematical skills.
