My Project
Every classroom needs a space where students can feel safe, comfortable, and ready to learn — and that’s exactly what I’m hoping to create with this project. By adding a new classroom rug and floor cushions, I want to transform our learning environment into a more inviting, flexible, and student-centered space.
A rug provides a soft and welcoming area where we can gather for read-alouds, morning meetings, and group activities.
Floor cushions give students the freedom to choose where and how they learn best — whether it’s finding a quiet corner to read, collaborating with a partner, or simply having a comfy place to sit.
These additions will not only improve the physical classroom environment but will also support student engagement, focus, and comfort throughout the day. Your support will help bring warmth, flexibility, and joy into our learning space — and we are so thankful for it!
