Please help me add some comfy chairs to my classroom library to make reading time more enjoyable for my students. They love to read especially in a space that isn’t their classroom seat. I saw similar chairs in the library this past year and knew that I wanted to add some to my classroom this year. Cultivating a habit and love of reading is such an important skill.
Not only does it help the students academically, it also builds their empathy and critical thinking skills.
Kids who read most likely will become citizens who are productive and compassionate individuals and citizens.
