My Project
This project will transform our classroom into a more inviting and focused learning space by providing flexible seating for my students. These items will make a difference by allowing students to choose comfortable seating options that cater to their individual needs, especially for those with ADHD and sensory sensitivities. The ability to move and sit comfortably will help improve focus and overall engagement during independent reading and group activities.
My goal is to create a classroom environment where every student feels comfortable and empowered to learn.
By offering flexible seating, I aim to promote independence, increase focus, and encourage a love for reading that will positively impact their academic growth.
What makes my students special is their love of learning and their unique learning needs. They come from various backgrounds, with many having different learning styles. Some are highly energetic, others need a more sensory-friendly environment to thrive, and all of them deserve a space that supports their journey as learners. These seating options will help ensure that each student has the tools they need to succeed in our classroom.
