Comfortable Seating for All: Bean Bags in Classroom

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students, especially those in Special Education (SPED), often prefer doing their classwork on bean bags instead of regular classroom chairs because bean bags provide a comfortable, adaptable, and supportive seating option. The soft, flexible nature of bean bags allows students to find a seating position that suits their sensory needs, which is particularly helpful for SPED students who may experience discomfort or difficulty sitting still in standard chairs.
For students with sensory processing challenges, bean bags can offer a calming, soothing effect, helping them to feel secure and focused.
Bean bags also allow for gentle movement and flexibility, which can help students with ADHD or other attention challenges stay engaged in their work. The relaxed, non-traditional seating arrangement fosters a more inclusive environment, reduces anxiety, and promotes better concentration and participation among SPED students, making learning more enjoyable and accessible.
